Parish School of Religion

Religious education at Saints Peter & Paul Parish provides quality Christian formation in the Catholic Faith for children in grades 1 through 8 who attend area public schools. Faith formation is a process which integrates faith and life. It is a lifelong process for each individual and a constant pastoral activity of the faith community.

Besides providing formation in the Catholic Faith, the faith formation program hopes to develop a sense of community among children, parents, and catechists. We invite parents to partner with catechists in the faith development of their children. Parents take an active role in the faith formation process by assisting in formation sessions, by bringing the family to weekend Masses, by bringing their children to the sacraments of the Church, and by modeling and encouraging their children in efforts of Christian service. For more information, contact the Parish Religious Education office.

We use the Good Shepherd format for our children grades 1 to 6. Our 7th & 8th grade students follow the EDGE program format.
