Administrative Ministries

Building and Grounds Team is the group that reviews, advises, and/or completes necessary maintenance, repair and renovation projects of the physical facilities of the parish. This group sponsors the spring and fall clean-up of the parish grounds. For more information, contact the Parish Business Manager.

Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing parish financial operations, including overseeing and submitting guidelines for all parish funds. This committee is advisory to the pastor. For more information, contact Business Manager.

Mailing Team folds and prepares mailings for parish-wide mailings. For more information, contact Business Manager.

Office Assistants are volunteers that fill in and otherwise help the parish secretaries. For more information, contact Business Manager.

Pastoral Council studies, envisions, and makes recommendations to the pastor and pastoral staff in the form of council documents. These documents are then used by the pastoral staff as guidelines for pertinent ministry teams. For more information, contact Pastor.

Money Counters are volunteers who organize and count all monies collected from the weekend Masses. For more information, contact Business Manager.
